PacBuoy Resting Place (with Video)

Above picture is a screen grab from a movie of Islas Todos Santos that I found online. Buoy came top to bottom down the left side of the island visible from 30-90 sec in the video. Can't actually see buoy location, but it would be over that large cliff on the left side of the frame.
