Atlantic Buoy at 660 Days

Atlantic Buoy appears to be heading southwest back towards the Caribbean. If it makes it any further south, it will likely surpass Gulf Buoy's southernmost location. Other than two recent resets, buoy is operating normally after 660 days at sea.
