Atlantic Buoy Surviving Nights Again

For the first time since 8 Nov 16, the Atlantic Buoy stayed alive through the night. Throughout most of winter the battery had run down every night, detectable through the 0 that showed up under "Days since last reboot". This makes the return of round-the-clock and cloudy day reporting much more likely.
