V3 Final AIS Testing

Today we completed final AIS testing of the V3 Drifting Buoy. Buoys were placed at the waterline and set to collect and report AIS collect (last one before Iridium transmission). Tried it twice for each buoy, for a total of 4 possible collection opportunities. Received AIS data for each opportunity: three base station reports and one local ship. Other testing with bare AIS receiver showed collection ranges out to ~7 miles.
