Last Atlantic Buoy Message?

Update: Buoy answered this question. Back with another report to the NE this morning. Can't keep this buoy down, literally in this case!

I've called Atlantic Buoy dead a few times and each time it's come back. This time may be different. The recent delayed and missed GPS and Iridium messages lead me to believe that the buoy has or will soon sink beneath the waves of the North Atlantic. It's been a great run of over 5000 NM and 300 days a sea. Barring a storm or some other shock to the buoy, I'm doubtful we'll hear from it again. Keep checking back in the next few weeks for progress on the V3 buoys. I hope to have one or both in far off waters by mid-June.
