Perdido Key, Not So Glad to Know Ya

Now we know what happens when you deploy a drifting buoy in the Gulf in front of an approaching Tropical Storm. Luckily the buoy came ashore on a sandy beach and was recovered last Thurs. Thank you to Juliene and Trish, the beach combers, and Peter, the deployer, for recovering the Gulf Buoy. Even the antenna is in good shape after 6 days in rough seas. Looking to deploy again, further out and will definitely check the forecast this time.
