Gulf Buoy Lost Comms

Just when Gulf Buoy looked like it was heading toward the loop current, no updates have been received from the buoy since 10 Aug. If you followed Atlantic buoy, you may recall it had an intermittent fault that I hoped wouldn't reoccur in V3. That fault was corrected when the battery depleted and the Arduino hard restarted. The V3 buoy will take much longer to run out of battery and may not do so for weeks or until a storm reduces the solar charging. Unfortunately, we may not know if Gulf Buoy is still operational for while. In good news, Hawaii Buoy has been redeployed and is operating as expected.
