Atlantic Buoy Returns!

Looks like I pulled the plug on Atlantic Buoy too early. After being depressed about losing Gulf Buoy, I decided to turn on the Iridium service for Atlantic Buoy another month. Nothing the first few hrs, then an update ~300 NM off Portugal! Going to have to rethink my explanation for the loss in comms in late May that I attributed to biofouling. What I can say is that the service was still on most of June, so it must have recovered in the last 6-8 weeks. Data shows it's been working continuously for 20 days. Welcome back Buoy!
